Vicky Lumb

Director

Vicky is a Director and began her legal career as a conveyancing executive in 2003 working for a city centre law firm. Vicky qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in January 2017.

Her caseload consists of complex Court of Protection matters which includes numerous financial abuse cases where it has been necessary to forensically analyse accounts in order to trace and locate missing monies both in the UK and abroad.

Vicky regularly advises professional and lay attorneys, deputies and trustees on contentious and non-contentious private client and Court of Protection matters.  This includes Wills and Statutory Will applications; Lasting Powers of Attorney advice; deputyship appointment and removal applications; deputy bond enforcement applications and the securing of statutory funding.
