Elizabeth Phillips

Paralegal

Elizabeth graduated from Keele University with first class LLB (Hons) Law Degree. Upon graduating, Elizabeth was also awarded the Disability Law Module Award for her cohort. Elizabeth joined the team in August 2024 as a paralegal and is now completing the SQE apprenticeship, with a view to qualifying in May 2027.

Elizabeth’s caseload is predominantly focused on Court of Protection cases, assisting deputies and attorneys with the management of property and financial affairs. Elizabeth also provides assistance to solicitors in relation to all private client matters.
