Amy graduated from the University of Leeds in 2019 and joined Stonegate Legal in March 2021 as a Paralegal. In May 2022 Amy started the Solicitors Qualifying Exams and qualified as a solicitor in the Court of Protection and Private Client department of firm in May 2025.
Amy is an experienced Court of Protection and Private Client practitioner who is regularly involved in complex cases covering a wide range of issues including the identification of financial abuse of vulnerable individuals, the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals, probate disputes and the administration of contentious estates, and Will and Lasting Power of Attorney drafting.
We can advise on care arrangements, the costs and how to obtain statutory funding.
