Shanice is a solicitor specialising in Court of Protection (Property and Financial Affairs) and Trust Law, with over eight years of experience advising on complex legal and financial matters involving vulnerable individuals.

Recognised for her technical expertise and caring, client-focused approach, Shanice advises on Court of Protection applications, deputyships, trusts and the management of complex financial affairs. She has particular experience supporting high-value clinical negligence and personal injury compensation cases, working closely with litigators on pre- and post-settlement matters to put in place arrangements that safeguard clients’ long-term financial interests.
