Megan is an experienced Court of Protection and Probate paralegal and joined the team in July 2017. Megan is working towards qualifying as a CILEX lawyer. Her caseload includes making applications to the Court of Protection, progressing Continuing Healthcare appeals and liaising with local authorities in relation to statutory funding.
Megan regularly assists deputies and clients with the management of personal injury and clinical negligence awards to ensure that those funds are applied following the best interests principles set out in the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
