Joe obtained a law degree in 2016 and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2018.
Following his formal education Joe joined the Stonegate team as a paralegal in July 2018 and was offered a training contract in July 2021.
Joe’s main focus has been Court of Protection work wherein he assists an Office of the Public Guardian panel deputy in managing the finances of incapacitated parties. This role has offered Joe a varied field of work including statutory social and healthcare funding, benefit appeals and contentious proceedings against parties who have previously misappropriated or mismanaged the funds of clients.
Joe’s caseload includes Will drafting, estate administration, and tax planning.
