Hannah progressed to the role of paralegal directly assisting two consecutive heads of department in the management of varied complex and contentious private client matters, before joining Stonegate Legal in 2015.
Hannah qualified as a solicitor in February 2017 and manages a various caseload which includes contentious Court of Protection matters; complex Statutory Will applications often in challenging family circumstances; s18 MCA prospective and retrospective gifting applications; Trust Advice; Estate Administration; Care Funding Disputes; Inheritance Tax Planning; and Wills and Estate Planning.
